1. Returns Policy
a) Eligibility for Returns
You can return a product if:
(i) The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
(ii) The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the order.
(iii) The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (where applicable).
b) Non-Returnable Items
Certain items and services are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
(i) Perishable goods such as flowers, cakes, and food items.
(ii) Customized or personalized products.
(iii) Services including graphic designing, software development, and website services.
(iv) Products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition.
c) Time Frame for Returns
All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Process for Returns
a) Step 1: Contact Us

(ii) Description of the issue
(iii) Supporting images (for damaged or incorrect products)
b) Step 2: Return Approval
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
c) Step 3: Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. incorrect or damaged product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for the return.
3. Refunds Policy
a) Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
(i) The returned product meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.
(ii) The order was canceled before it was shipped.
(iii) The product was not delivered due to unforeseen issues.
b) Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
c) Non-Refundable Amounts
(i) Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
(ii) Refunds are not applicable for products and services listed as non-returnable.
4. Cancellations
a) Order Cancellation by the Customer
(i) Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped by contacting us at ekayaaenterprise@gmail.com.
(ii) If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
b) Order Cancellation by Ekayaa Enterprise
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
(i) The product is out of stock or discontinued.
(ii) Payment has not been completed or verified.
(iii) The shipping address is not serviceable.
(iv) If an order is canceled by us, a full refund will be processed.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund based on your preference and product availability.
